One of the worst things you can do is look a youth exchange student in the eye, talk to them or spend time with them. It’s a trick, a trap, RUN! They will melt your heart, and you will want to get involved with this amazing program.

The Rotary club of Kelso will race 4,000+ tagged rubber ducks down the chute of a cement mixer filled with water (and rubber ducks) on September 12, 2021

GREETINGS FROM ROTARY 8 IN TACOMA! LIVE AND IN PERSON – WITH VIRTUAL OPTIONS...

We have resumed in person meetings and it has been wonderful to reconnect with our fellow Rotarians face to face. Bellarmine Preparatory School has been gracious to host 70-80 of us every week for the past month.

DRIVE THRU RAFFLE TICKET BOOTH

The pandemic has cancelled the festival for the second year, and the club was looking for a new way to raise the funds they count on for bursaries and to support breakfast clubs in the community.

NANAIMO DAYBREAK ROTARY CLUB’S 25 YEAR ANNIVERSARY

In 2021, Nanaimo Daybreak Rotary Club commemorated its’ 25 years of service in the community with a fundraiser called Daybreak Rotary 25 for 25 Challenge. But before I tell you more about the “Challenge,” let me share a little bit about the Daybreak Club.

THE PEANUT BUTTER CHALLENGE IS ON!

UP-Fircrest Club began its collection of peanut butter at the Green Firs Safeway store in University Place, WA.  On the first day, the club collected 300.75 pounds and at least 224 pounds in other nonperishable items.

DR. PHIL HENDERSON A LIFETIME OF ROTARY SERVICE

Dr. Phillip Henderson was born and raised in Longview, WA.  He was part of a family of physicians – his grandpa, father, his son and now his granddaughter is a surgeon in Seattle.  All following the same career path.
