Sequim Noon Rotary will present its 53rd Annual Salmon Bake on Saturday, August 6th, in a new and exciting location and partnership with Security Services NW at 250 Center Park Way in Sequim at their Unity of Effort Event. (on the south of Washington Street just south of Key Bank) The party will begin at Noon and go until we run out of salmon with an expected close at 4 p.m. Sequim Noon Rotary presented their first salmon bake on the beach at what is now John Wayne Marina.
The community support was so good Rotarians had to go back to the store multiple times during that first Sunday. Over the years, the salmon bake has been located at Pit Ship Point, Jamestown, Macleay Hall, Carrie Blake Park, and the Boys & Girls Club! Community support remains strong, and we were happy to serve over 500 meals to guests at our 51st bake in 2019.
Bring your whole family for a happy afternoon of fun. A tasty alder-fired Wild Salmon meal will include a roll, baked beans, coleslaw, ice cream dessert, and coffee or soft drink.
Come early with family and friends. Eat, laugh, and enjoy a Saturday afternoon touring a multitude of helicopters, fire trucks, police cars, and other first responder vehicles. Exciting raffles all afternoon, and players need not be present to win. Discover the meaning of Rotary’s famous “4-Way Test” means at the club’s exhibit. See additional local vendors on display.
Tickets prices are to be set soon and will be available at a discount in advance through our website www.sequimrotary.org, at the Sequim Chamber of Commerce, at the Boys & Girls Club at 400 W Fir in Sequim, or available at full price at the bake itself.
Salmon Bake proceeds to help Sequim students, the Sequim Boys & Girls Club, the club’s AED mapping project, and local Rotary youth projects such as the club’s successful Adaptive Bike Program.
Come to Sequim Noon Rotary’s 53rd Annual Salmon Bake at our NEW LOCATION for a happy afternoon of family fun!
