Each year your District Foundation goes thru an audit to review details of the District Community Grant program to assure compliance with the Rotary International memorandum of understanding the District signs.
The auditor looks at twelve grant procedures including such things as the Foundation’s bank accounts and statements to make sure that checks were written to clubs according to the approved grant list in Dacdb.
Club reports are reviewed to assure receipts are complete and match the club’s requested grant funds.
In short, the audit results are good and shows proper financial management and grant compliance.
The audit is available to all members and can be found in the District Grants section in Dacdb or by CLICKING HERE (LOGIN WITH DACdb REQUIRED). If you are not signed up for Dacdb yet, please contact Jan Teague for a copy by CLICKING HERE
