If your club has been struggling to figure out what equipment is needed and exactly how to set it up for a hybrid meeting to accommodate your members who aren’t able to attend in person, we’re bringing you the answers to your questions!
On Saturday morning, October 30th, at 9:00 a.m. (PDT), you’re invited to join Ian Baikie from the Campbell River Daybreak Club who will show you step by step via Zoom what equipment you need & exactly how to set it all up to get the best results. Ian has spent many hours researching, practicing and mapping out the room set up for various venues to be sure that those members who join via Zoom get the same benefit as those in the room. He will be showing us how to use both a PA system and a computer system for the audio, placement of cameras and what it will look like from both the perspective of the people in the room and those on Zoom. Ian will answer your questions to the best of his ability during this training session.
